Volkswagen has launched Volkswagen Taigun GT Line and GT Plus Sport in the Indian market. Compared to the normal version, the company has given many better features and engines in it.
What are the features
In Volkswagen Taigun GT Line, the company has given sporty black theme. Along with this, it has been given 17 inch alloy wheels, dark LED headlamp, DRL, 25.65 cm touchscreen infotainment system, six airbags. Whereas the GT Plus Sport has smoked headlamps, carbon steel gray roof, red GT branding on the grille, fenders and rear profile, dark chrome door handles and red brake callipers on the front axle. Many elements like the grille, diffuser, trapezoidal wing, new 17-inch alloy wheels and fender badges are being given a blacked-out finish.
What a powerful engine
Volkswagen Taigun GT Plus Sport has a 1.5 liter TSI Evo engine. With which the option of six speed manual and seven speed DSG transmission is available. In the Taigun TG line, the company has provided a one liter turbocharged TSI engine. With this, the option of six speed manual and six speed automatic transmission is given.
How much is the price
The ex-showroom price of the manual transmission variant of Taigun GT Line from the company is Rs 14.08 lakh. Its automatic variant can be purchased at an ex-showroom price of Rs 15.63 lakh. Whereas the starting ex-showroom price of GT Plus Sport variant of Taigun is Rs 18.54 lakh. The ex-showroom price of its DSG top variant has been fixed at Rs 19.74 lakh.
