8th Pay Commission Salary– 8th Pay Commission is eagerly awaited. Central employees have this question in their mind that when will the 8th Pay Commission come and what will be their net salary according to the new fitment factor and other allowances? We have prepared an estimated salary breakup keeping in mind the 1.92 fitment factor, X City HRA (30%), and TA under Higher TPTA on Grade Pay 1800, 1900, 2000, 2400, 2800, 4200, 4600 from Level-1 to Level-7. This will make it easier for employees of every level to know how big their salary will increase. So you can understand by looking at the calculation.

This calculation is completely approximate. We have considered fitment factor 1.92, dearness allowance (DA) 0% (DA gets merged in basic in new pay commission), 30% HRA for X city and higher TPTA for big cities as the basis.
