Bihar Assembly election 2025: The Bharatiya Janata Party has released its third list for the Bihar Assembly elections. This list has given tickets to 18 candidates. This means that, as per the NDA seat-sharing formula, the BJP has already allocated candidates for all seats in its quota. In the third list, the BJP has nominated Satish Kumar Yadav against former Bihar Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav.
By giving Yadav a ticket against Tejashwi Yadav, the BJP has made the contest interesting. The BJP had finalised candidates for 71 seats in the first list. In the second list, 12 candidates were finalised. You can see who has received tickets from where in the third list below.
Who will receive tickets from where?
Nand Kishore Ram has been nominated for the Ramnagar seat in Bihar. Sanjay Pandey has been nominated for Narkatiaganj, Ram Singh for Bagaha, Vinay for Lauriya, and Narayan Prasad for Nautan in Bihar. In addition, Umakant Singh has been nominated from Chanpatia, Krishnanandan Paswan from Harisidhi, Sachindra Prasad Singh from Kalyanpur, and Lalbabu Prasad Gupta from Chiraiya.
Beena Devi has been nominated from Kochadhaman. Vinod Yadav from Baisi, Satish Kumar Yadav from Raghopur, Kumar Shailendra from Bihpur, Murari Paswan from Pirpainti, Ashok Kumar from Ramgarh, Sangeeta Kumari from Mohania, Bharat Bind from Bhabua, and Ranvijay from Goh have been nominated. In total, the third list has announced candidates for 18 seats. Now, prominent NDA figures will also be seen filing nominations.
Tejashwi Yadav files nomination.
On Wednesday, RJD leader and Lalu Prasad Yadav’s son, Tejashwi Yadav, filed his nomination from the Raghopur seat. Former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, former Chief Minister Rabri Devi, and his sister Misa Bharti were present with him. Some prominent NDA figures will file their nominations today. Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary will file his nomination.
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai will be present with him. JDU minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary will also file his nomination for the Sarairanjan seat in Samastipur. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will also be present on the occasion.
