Bank Service Charges: ICICI Bank has announced revision of charges applicable on many of its banking services from July 1, 2025. According to the information given by the bank, these changes will be effective on ATM transactions, cash deposits, cash withdrawals, IMPS transactions and debit card services. Charges on ATM transactions
The first 5 transactions of each month will be free when using ICICI Bank ATMs. After this, a fee of Rs 23 will be charged on each transaction. Non-financial transactions will be free and no charges will be levied on senior citizens.
The first 3 transactions of each month will be free when using other bank ATMs in metro cities. The first 5 transactions of each month will be free in non-metro cities. After this, a fee of Rs 23 will be charged on each transaction and Rs 8.50 on non-financial transactions.
A fee of Rs 125 will be charged on cash withdrawal at international ATMs. A currency conversion fee of 3.5 percent will be charged. A fee of Rs 25 will be charged on non-financial transactions. Senior citizens will be exempted from this.
IMPS Charges
After the review, a fee of Rs 2.50 will be charged on transactions up to Rs 1,000, Rs 5 on transactions from Rs 1,001 to Rs 1 lakh, Rs 15 on transactions from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 5 lakh.
Cash deposit and withdrawal charges
Charges for transactions at bank branches or CRMs (cash recycler machines) have also been changed. Here, the first 3 transactions of each month will be free for cash deposits, after which a fee of Rs 150 will be charged on each transaction, a fee of Rs 150 or Rs 3.50 per Rs 1,000 (whichever is higher) will be charged on deposits of more than Rs 1 lakh in a month. The third party deposit limit will be Rs 25,000 per transaction.
According to the rules of cash withdrawal at branch and CRM, the first 3 transactions of each month will be free. After this, a fee of Rs 150 will be charged on each transaction, value-based charges will be applicable on withdrawal of more than Rs 1 lakh.
The debit card annual fee for general customers will be Rs 300, the annual fee for customers living in rural areas will be Rs 150, the debit card replacement fee will be Rs 300.
