UP Monsoon Alert: Monsoon has become fully active in all parts of Uttar Pradesh, due to which a lot of rain is also being seen. UP’s rivers, drains and ponds, all are in spate. There is a danger of flood due to the rising water level of the Ganges river. In some parts of western UP, the Ramganga river is seen eroding due to the rising water. It has been raining heavily in some areas of UP since morning, due to which the temperature level has dropped significantly.

There is still a danger of rain in many places of the state. Dark clouds have camped in Moradabad, Rampur and Sambhal since morning, due to which drizzle is also being seen at many places. The Indian Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rain in many districts of UP. You can know below how the weather will be at which place.

Heavy rain alerts in these districts

If IMD is to be believed, on Sunday, an alert of heavy rain with thunderstorms has been issued in Bulandshahr, Aligarh, Mathura, Hathras, Agra and Firozabad. Apart from these, heavy rain warnings have been issued in Bijnor, Amroha and Moradabad. Heavy rain can also cause trouble in Banda, Chitrakoot, Kaushambi, Prayagraj, Sonbhadra and Mirzapur.

Along with this, torrential rain can be recorded at many places in Saharanpur, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Baghpat and Meerut. Heavy rains have been issued in Ghaziabad, Hapur, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Jhansi and Rampur. Heavy rain alert has been issued in Bareilly, Pilibhit, Mahoba, Lalitpur and its surrounding areas.

If IMD is to be believed, a warning of heavy rain with thunder has been issued in Banda, Chitrakoot, Kaushambi, Prayagraj, Fatehpur and Sonbhadra. Apart from these, there may be heavy rain in Mirzapur, Chandauli, Varanasi, Santarvi Das Nagar, Bahraich, Lakhimpur Kheri and Farrukhabad. There may be heavy rain with thunder in Kannauj and Bulandshahr.

Rain can also become a disaster in Kanpur Dehat, Kanpur Nagar, Saharanpur, Shamli and Muzaffarnagar. Heavy rain alerts have also been issued in Baghpat, Meerut, Ghaziabad, and Hapur.
