The Admit Cards for NEET UG 2026, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), were released on the night of April 26. Students appearing for the examination can now download them via the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. The examination is scheduled to be held on May 3, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at various examination centres across India and abroad.
Prior to the Admit Cards, the Exam City Slips for the examination had already been released, wherein most candidates were allotted their first-choice city.

Admit Card and Exam Pattern
The issued Admit Card is the most essential document for gaining entry into the examination hall. It contains crucial details such as the candidate’s name, Roll Number, examination centre address, reporting time, photograph, and several important instructions. According to the Commission, it is mandatory to contact the Agency immediately if any discrepancy or error is found in the Admit Card.

The NEET UG examination will carry a total weightage of 720 marks; it will comprise 45 questions each from Physics and Chemistry, and 90 questions from Biology. Students will be awarded 4 marks for each correct answer, while 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect response.
NEET UG Admit Card 2026 Guidelines
Students appearing for the NEET examination are required to carry a valid photo ID proof. At the examination centre, students must use only the pen provided at the venue. Carrying mobile phones, watches, calculators, or any other electronic devices is strictly prohibited. Candidates are advised to wear light-colored and plain clothing.
What is Prohibited?
1. Electronic Gadgets: Carrying mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches, digital watches, fitness bands, Bluetooth devices, or earphones is strictly prohibited.
2. Stationery: Carrying books, notes, loose sheets of paper, electronic pens, or scanners is not permitted.
3. Personal Items or Accessories: Carrying wallets, handbags, belts, caps, jewellery, or sunglasses is not allowed.
4. Food and Beverages: Bringing any kind of food—whether loose or packaged—is prohibited.
