In fact, Bhumi Pednekar had posted several beautiful photos and videos of her visit to the temple on her official Instagram account. In these photos, she can be seen offering water to the Shivalinga and praying with folded hands with complete devotion.

The actress had visited Lord Shiva during the month of Sawan to seek his blessings, but as soon as her post went live, people noticed her glasses, and this devotional post quickly became the target of trolls. As soon as the photos surfaced, users began to react sharply in the comments section.
People said that such fashion accessories should be avoided while worshiping at religious places. Expressing displeasure, one user wrote, ‘Couldn’t you have taken off your sunglasses and worshiped?’ Another user commented, ‘Till date, I have never seen anyone worshiping God wearing goggles.’ Commenting, a person asked, ‘Are you worshiping God in the temple or getting a photoshoot done?’
Despite the online uproar and constant criticism, Bhumi Pednekar has yet to react. She has remained completely silent on the trolls’ comments.

Just a few days before visiting the temple, Bhumi used her social media platforms to raise awareness about the devastating floods in Assam. Sharing photos and videos of the affected areas, she said, “This time, Assam needs us,” and encouraged her followers to donate and support the appeal.
