Rain in these parts of Maharashtra

Heavy rains are expected due to thunderstorms in Raigad, Pune, and Satara, Maharashtra, for which a red alert has been issued. The IMD has also stated that heavy rains may persist in Thane, Palghar, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Amravati, Bhandara, and Nagpur. An orange alert has been issued here.

According to the Meteorological Department, monsoon is expected to enter Uttar Pradesh. Monsoon activities can enter all parts of UP within 24 hours. A heavy rain warning has been issued in many areas of the state.

According to the Ranchi Meteorological Centre, there is a possibility of heavy rain in the entire state till June 20. Not only this, torrential downpours with thunder and lightning may continue in many parts. A red alert has been issued for June 18 in Purbi Singhbhum, Saraikela, Kharsawan, Ramgarh, Bokaro, Dhanbad, Jamtara, and Dumka districts, and for June 19 in Koderma, Hazaribagh, Giridih, Bokaro, Ramgarh, and Ranchi districts.

According to the Meteorological Department, a heavy rain alert has been issued for thunderstorms in Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. A monsoon rain warning has been issued in most parts of Telangana, Goa, Odisha and Maharashtra. On the other hand, a rain warning has been issued for thunderstorms in Sikkim, Manipur, and Arunachal Pradesh.
